Our Cancellation and Refund Policy
A customer can request a refund within 24 hours of making a purchase from Learnival.
After 24 hours of purchase, no refunds will be issued for Packages purchased or Indivisual course purchase directly from the Learnival website or through an affiliate link. This policy applies to all customers, regardless of the circumstances.
Additionally, if you have upgraded your package with Learnival, you will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
In case of a refund, a payment gateway fee of 2% of the paid amount and a processing fee of 5% of the paid amount will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Once your refund request is received and approved, the amount will be credited to your bank account within 48 working hours
